| Mark T. Ellis,
CEO
Mr. Ellis brings solid management experience and proven
entrepreneurial vision and execution to the leadership
team at C2C Exchange.
In addition to his role at C2C Exchange, Mr. Ellis
served as chief executive officer of Norstar Communications,
a privately held nationwide telecommunications service
reseller. At Norstar, Mr. Ellis directed a complete
range of sales, marketing, and operations activities.
Prior to Norstar, he formed TelQuest Communications,
a startup telecommunications service provider. Mr. Ellis
successfully assembled and directed a solid management
team responsible for building and expanding the company.
Company revenues grew to $12+ million in annual sales
after only one year in business and the company was sold
in 1999.
In addition to telecommunications and other entrepreneurial
experience, Mr. Ellis brings a strong finance background
to the company. Throughout the 80's, he held various analysis
and finance related positions at International Aluminum
Corporation and Northrop Grumman.
